Panini by far has the best customer service..... the rep are pleasant to talk to and they for the most part rule in the favor of the card collector!

I agree. sent them this kolb from 2007 that was damaged and got this spiller in return

I think that is kind of a tossup....the Kolb would of been nice to have though too.

yeah but the kolb was damaged . Plus they didnt have to replace the kolb since it was a 2007 product and they did anyway. So that makes them top in my book.

I agree......I waited almost 2 years for UpperDeck to send out what I redeemed and they still haven't completed it. I called them yesterday and they sent out my replacements over 7 days ago and still not here!! Topps redemption rep, Danny really is a jerk to talk to also.

yeah that topps guy sounded stoned the other day when we called . Offered no help at all .Then just hung up .Topps customer service is a joke

Panini really doesn't have anything to do with the baseball realm so that kinds of throws things off for this

I do hear from the BKB guys that the customer service is real good though
