Honorary Lifetime Member
I am very sad to announce that April Friedrich died on July 29. She was know to all of us as Tazmocan was one of the founding members of this site. April was known on just about every sports card site on the web and was known and liked by hundreds of collectors world wide.
Born September 13, 1963 in Oroville, CA, April passed away on July 29, 2010 in Oroville. She had a small daughter that we all knew about, Racheal. April was confined to a wheelchair and did her best to participate in many sites' trading activities. She will be missed here and all over the web.
For April, her family and friends, I hereby give April Sports Card Arena's first Lifetime Honorary Member Award.
RIP, April, you will be missed.

Oh, that sucks so bad. I thought I'd seen her on just last month. It was more like 2 months ago. Yes, she will be missed. It is very tearfully that I'm writing this as well as when I was reading it. May God watch over her little angel. What was it again April collected for her? Maybe we could help continue her collection. I'd send her some nice stuff if I could remember. Rest with the Lord, April. We can only hope to meet with you at a later date.

Me. too, Lily. Choked me up something fierce. I am all in for whatever you can come up with as far as sending to her daughter. A little research or someone here with a good memory can come up with the answer. I remember she was Colts and cowboys and she liked the boys. Rekon little one was into the Colts? Just don't recall. Let's see what we can come up with.

Yes, it was Colts and big-time Manning fan. I have a few extra cards of Blair White and also a Pierre Garcon RC. Let's all send them to Jim for Rachael and that way she gets one big package from all of us.

I would be honored to accept anything members had to donate to April's daughter. Address is on the home page under Hot Corner Sports. I can find tons of Mannings and Colts to send. I can set up a special forum for the donation thing or we can just post here. Please put a note in with your donations so I can distinguish them from other shop transactions and can give credit to each and every one who donates. Thanks, Jim

That sucks I swear my purchase from her was since then, I will cherish that Romo auto even more now. She was one of my first friends on trading sites and I always loved participating in her box breaks and trading with her.

I did not have the pleasure of dealing with Tazmocan. I am sorry to hear about her passing. It is never easy losing someone close to you. I can not imagine what her family is going through. I will send a Colts lot to help with the package for her daughter. Again I am sorry.

I didn't ever personally deal with her but it is always sad to hear one of our fellow collectors has passed

Sorry to hear this. I never traded with her also. Does she collect older Colts as well? I will send some Tuesday and will have a gu in it from my personal PC.
