I got this back in the mail today. I mailed it out 3/11 after contacting him through email. Great guy and was one of my favorites during the '05 World Series run.



This was my 2005 World Series jersey too, so I'm glad he agreed to sign it.

That's pretty sweet... What's the inscription? If you don't mind me asking...

I went to Game 3 of the division series that year in Houston... Pretty sweet ballpark down there... I remember the Braves bullpen couldn't hold a lead at all in that series... Any of you Braves fans remember Jorge Sosa? We all thought he was gonna be good. Reitsma and Farnsworth killed us in that series...

At first I thought it said Col 5:23 but then I looked it up and there isn't anything Col 5:23 that I could find so I don't even know. I know he is very religious and studied his bible a lot during his time with Houston.

I remember watching the 18 inning game in my dorm. We were all just stressed for 5+ hours. Since you're a Braves fan you know how they basically owned the Astros when it came to the playoffs. In the back of my mind and basically every other Astros fan we just knew you guys would tear our hearts out like always ha.

I just went and looked closer at the jersey and it does look like Col 3:23. That makes more sense now, the 3 just got jumbled with the Sharpie.

Got this one back today from Astros ST. I think I sent it off 2/23/11, so 40 days about. Well worth it though since he's one of my favorites.
