Feedback Problems?

The last two trades I have had problems with leaving feedback.

First, when I leave feedback, it goes to ME, so I have to delete the feedback and redo it.

Second, when I leave feedback, I keep getting a "the message is too short", so I have to actually leave a message to the trader (such as "thanks for the trade") before it is accepted.

The trade manager is still a work in progress. For the most part it works fine. You just have to delete the URL it asks for in the feedback portion. Writing the code for this is a huge project and we lack just a little of getting it just so. Only reason I installed it on the site was so that traders can see each others addresses. All great things will come in time.

I have no problem with the Trade Manager....it is a fantastic idea....just me and my non-knowledge of the software is hurting..lol

I am trying to figure out How to leave feedback for 2 Members lol do they have to also complete there side of the Trade also?

Jon they do have to complete there side before you leave feedback, the best way is to find there name on a post and click on there feedback score. It will bring you to a page with their feedback history. click on submit feedback. Self explanatory from there.

from the trade manager both people have to accept the trade received then feedback can be left. Other option like Jeramie said is to find their name and leave feedback after clicking on their feedback score

I don't think that's true. I received feedback before I received an item recently.

I can't leave feedback from Chrome, at all. I have to log in with a different browser, and delete the trade url, and then it works for me.

Once again I apologize for our incomplete trade manager program. I only installed it so folks would have an easier time getting each others addresses for sending trades. We basically built the program from scratch and it still has a ways to go. It worked fine until we upgraded the site to vBulletin 4.0. That is when all the problems started as our trade manager was not compatible with the new version of software that runs the site. We will get it eventually, but these days everything takes a little green stuff. With no sponsors and few donations it will be just a little more time before we can the trade manger all finished. Please bear with us.
