Paterno FIRED November 9th - ESPN Reports

ESPN's "Mike and Mike" are reporting this morning that Joe Paterno did not walk away from the Head Coaching job at Penn State.

The report this morning is Paterno was FIRED on November 9th.

He is still employed, in some capacity, by the school, but it's way too hard to try to follow the whole story. Anyone else make sense of all of this?

I think it means that for years he'll be able to troll the facilities... it seems to be university policy has not changed.

Wouldn't say that...he knew about the circumstances involved. If he had pushed the issue then I'd agree, but like all the others involved, he turned his head and walked away.
