Who is the guy that wrote that? Or did he just compile and copy Baseball America's list?

Guess I'm confused. Once a player is called up to play at the MLB level, then sent back, how can he be considered a "prospect"?

With this level of thinking, would that have made Inge (Tigers) a prospect last year when he was sent back to the minors for rehab?

I am sure he took baseball america's list in consideration, not too familiar with the guy just found it on a prospecting website i check every so often

I think it depends on how long they were called up and what part of the season

I believe it is as long as they still hold rookie status for the following year
